OUR PRODUCT

The breeding duck is the mulard breed. It is a quiet duck, easy to raise and to educate. It grows easily and reaches a weight greater than 4 Kg, and it gives a good liver, dense and fat. The ducks arrive at the farm at the age of 3 days, and they spend the first 15 days in air conditioned warehouses, on beds of pine shavings,  while they develop their yellow ripple finish. After this time, the ducks are outdoors for 12 weeks, in places where they have access to water, shade and food. They are not fed any kind of hormones or antibiotics.

They are migratory birds, so they turn the corn starch into fat that they store in their liver, and in 2 weeks they reach an exceptional meat.
To guarantee a high quality product, the duck is sacrificed at the slaughterhouse integrated in the same farms. Once eviscerated it is transported to the facilities of the same company, where we do the cutting, packaging and distribution.
